Sales Management

Build and lead the revenue engine that converts our 500K+ ecosystem interest into signed Customers, Partners, Suppliers, and Advertisers. Own the pipeline, the team, and the quota.

You'll Own

  • Build and manage the multi-channel sales pipeline across all 5 passenger types
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of 3–8 account executives and sales ops
  • Own forecasting, quota-setting, and weekly / monthly / quarterly revenue reviews
  • Design and iterate sales playbooks for each Passenger Type and Growth Stage
  • Partner with Marketing, Coaches, and Partnerships to maximise pipeline velocity

You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in B2B sales with at least 3 years leading a team
  • Track record of building sales motions from £1M to £10M+ ARR
  • Comfort with long-cycle advisory deals AND short-cycle platform subscriptions
  • A systems thinker: CRM hygiene, data discipline, playbook mindset
  • Bonus: founder or operator background in B2B services or platforms

Operational Management

Run the operational backbone of the Growth Hub — the systems, processes, and rhythms that keep delivery, finance, tooling, and vendors humming. This is the role that makes everyone else faster.

You'll Own

  • Own company-wide OKR cadence, weekly business reviews, and operating rhythms
  • Design, document, and continuously improve SOPs across every rail and function
  • Run finance operations: budgeting, forecasting, spend governance, vendor contracts
  • Own the tooling stack — CRM, project management, data, AI, productivity platforms
  • Report to the leadership team on operational health, risk, and capacity

You'll Bring

  • 6+ years in COO / Head of Ops / Chief of Staff roles at high-growth businesses
  • Shipped operating systems (EOS, Scaling Up, OKRs, or custom frameworks)
  • Strong financial literacy — you can read a P&L, build a model, spot a leak
  • Calm-under-pressure energy; you make chaos legible
  • Bonus: experience scaling ops from < 20 to 100+ people

Account Onboarding Team

First impressions build long careers. You are the human rail that carries every new Customer, Supplier, Partner, and Ambassador from signed contract to first value — fast, clean, and confident.

You'll Own

  • Run onboarding for newly signed accounts across all 5 Passenger Types
  • Lead kick-off calls, map customer goals, and build personalised 90-day success plans
  • Coordinate with Coaches, Specialists, and Platform teams to deliver the first wins
  • Capture onboarding data, build playbooks, and shrink time-to-first-value every quarter
  • Become the trusted face of the Rail for every new account in their first 90 days

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Account Management

AI Transformation

Embed AI across every rail of the Growth Hub — diagnostics, matchmaking, content, coaching, ops. This role owns the AI roadmap and shapes how 500K+ businesses interact with intelligent infrastructure.

You'll Own

  • Design and ship AI-native workflows across diagnostics, matchmaking, and coaching
  • Build agentic systems that automate intake, qualification, and onboarding at scale
  • Own the LLM / model evaluation stack — quality, cost, latency, safety
  • Partner with Platform Engineering to ship production AI features end-to-end
  • Publish internal AI playbooks that raise every team's leverage 2–5x

You'll Bring

  • 5+ years shipping production AI / ML / LLM-powered systems
  • Hands-on with RAG, agents, fine-tuning, evals, and prompt architecture
  • Systems thinker: knows when to use AI, and firmly when not to
  • Strong written communicator — can turn a fuzzy AI idea into a 1-pager and a demo

Performance Marketing

Build the paid acquisition engine that fills the rail with qualified Customers, Partners, Suppliers, and Advertisers. Own channel strategy, creative, tracking, and CAC:LTV economics end-to-end.

You'll Own

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, and niche B2B channels
  • Own creative iteration, landing-page testing, and full-funnel conversion optimisation
  • Build clean attribution, dashboards, and weekly growth reporting the whole team can read
  • Manage the paid budget with CAC:LTV discipline and ruthless channel pruning
  • Collaborate with Content and Sales to turn paid attention into pipeline, not vanity clicks

You'll Bring

  • 5+ years running B2B performance marketing at £500K+ / year spend
  • Proven track record of taking a channel from £0 → £1M+ with positive payback
  • Fluent in GA4, Looker / Metabase, HubSpot / Salesforce attribution plumbing
  • Copywriting and creative judgement — you don't just run media, you make it
  • Bonus: experience marketing high-ticket advisory, SaaS, or ecosystem plays

Investor Relations

Architect the capital strategy of the Growth Hub. Own the investor narrative, the data room, the pipeline of strategic backers, and the relationships that turn our ecosystem into a fundable platform story.

You'll Own

  • Build and maintain the investor narrative, pitch deck, and data room
  • Run a proactive investor pipeline — VCs, family offices, strategic corporates, PE
  • Prepare all board materials, quarterly updates, and investor communications
  • Lead diligence processes end-to-end — commercial, financial, legal, tech
  • Partner with the CEO and CFO on capital structure, dilution, and strategic optionality

You'll Bring

  • 7+ years in IR, corporate development, investment banking, or VC / PE
  • Fluent in SaaS / marketplace / platform metrics and how to tell their story
  • Track record of meaningful rounds raised or M&A executed
  • Exceptional written communication — pitch decks, memos, and investor letters
