Who this is for

Built for suppliers who are ready to grow.

We work with seven types of supplier organisation. If you recognise yourself below, the ecosystem is built for you.

Manufacturers

Find buyers who specify, not just shop.

OEMs and contract manufacturers seeking commercial pipelines beyond price-led tenders.

Service providers

Move from referral-led to system-led growth.

Agencies, consultancies and professional firms who already win on quality.

Technology providers

Reach the buyer, not the procurement gate.

SaaS and platform businesses connecting with the people who actually use the product.

Consultants

Authority that compounds, not effort that resets.

Independent advisors and boutique firms ready to be seen, cited and referred.

Exporters

Local credibility, international reach.

UK and international suppliers building cross-border deal flow.

Sponsors

Brand association with measurable lift.

Organisations partnering on events, programmes and campaigns.

Strategic partners

Co-built ecosystems that compound for years.

Networks, associations and platforms with complementary audiences.

What suppliers receive

Specific, not abstract.

  1. 1

    Pre-qualified buyer briefs

Buyers post requirements; we match the right suppliers. You only see briefs that fit your declared categories, deal size and ICP. No cold outreach. No bidding wars.

  2. 2

    Curated partner introductions

Quarterly introductions to suppliers, associations and platforms whose audiences complement yours. Partnership-ready, not networking-soft.

  3. 3

    Exhibition and event placement

Stand placement at trade events, speaker slots at curated sessions, and pre-booked buyer meetings on event days. Available from the Preferred tier upwards.

  4. 4

    Ongoing visibility inside the network

Profile placement, category showcases, featured-supplier rotation, member-only digests. Your business stays present without paying for top-of-funnel advertising.

  5. 5

    Operational support and intelligence

Quarterly benchmark data on your category, buyer feedback summaries, and access to the Growth Hub's diagnostic and reporting tools.

How it works

From application to compounding visibility.

  1. 01

    Apply

Submit the wait-list form. Two short steps, about four minutes.

  2. 02

    Get reviewed

Applications are reviewed in cohorts every fortnight. We assess fit, demand, capacity and category coverage.

  3. 03

    Build your supplier profile

If approved, our team works with you to build a profile that converts · headline, case studies, ICP, capabilities.

  4. 04

    Join the ecosystem

You go live in the network. Buyers can match against your profile and ops can route briefs to you.

  5. 05

    Receive opportunities

Matched briefs, partner introductions and event opportunities arrive in your inbox as they fit.

  6. 06

    Attend events and exhibitions

Stand placement, speaker slots, networking sessions · opt in to what serves your stage.

  7. 07

    Grow with the ecosystem

Performance and feedback move you up the tiers. The more value you deliver, the more visibility you compound.

Honest by design

Why we operate a wait list.

We are deliberately not a directory. Three reasons we keep the supplier roster managed:

  • Buyers trust curation. When a buyer engages us, they expect 3-5 suppliers who genuinely fit their brief · not fifty who paid for placement.
  • Suppliers compound when we say no on their behalf. A vetted roster means each supplier is matched to fewer but better-fit briefs. Win rate matters more than impression count.
  • Cohorts protect quality control. Reviewing applications in fortnightly cohorts lets us calibrate against current demand and avoid over-saturating any category.

The honest version · joining the wait list does not guarantee approval, work or introductions. Acceptance rate is around 30 per cent. Review cycles take two to four weeks.

Selection criteria

What makes a supplier suitable.

1

A demonstrable track record

Not necessarily long, but real. At least two case studies or references you can put forward.

2

A specific Ideal Client Profile

"We work with anyone B2B" tells the matching engine nothing. Sharper ICP = better-fit briefs.

3

Capacity to deliver and respond

Buyers expect a response inside 24 hours. We expect projects to start when promised. Capacity must match ambition.

4

A long-game mindset

The ecosystem rewards consistency. Suppliers chasing one-off transactions tend not to compound. Suppliers building relationships do.

The progression

A clear progression as you contribute.

Suppliers progress based on consistent delivery, client feedback and category demand.

Honest answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a cost to join the wait list?
No. Applying and being assessed is free. Supplier membership becomes commercial only if you're invited to onboard at one of the engine tiers — Pipeline, Revenue, Visibility or Authority.
How is this different from Bark, Bidvine or other lead-gen platforms?
Those are pay-per-lead marketplaces. We're a curated ecosystem with buyer-led briefs. You don't pay per lead — you join a vetted roster and receive matched opportunities filtered by ICP, deal size and category.
How long is the review process?
Reviews happen in fortnightly cohorts. Most applicants receive a decision within two to four weeks. Suppliers in saturated categories may wait longer — we'd rather make you wait honestly than rush a bad fit.
What's the acceptance rate?
Around 30 per cent. We decline more applications than we accept — for both supplier and buyer protection. Acceptance isn't a stamp of judgement on your business; it's a calibration against current ecosystem demand.
What categories are currently in demand?
Sales enablement, B2B marketing, technology integration, finance + advisory, and operations consultancy lead current demand. Manufacturing and exports build steadily. Apply regardless — demand shifts every quarter and we keep your application live for 12 months.
What if my category is over-supplied?
We'll tell you honestly. You may be added to a waiting cohort, asked to refine your ICP, or signposted to an alternative path such as our 21-Day BRIDGE Challenge or GrowthLens diagnostic before re-applying.
Can my business apply if we're under £500k revenue?
Yes. Stage matters less than service quality and ICP clarity. Several of our strongest suppliers were sub-£500k at application. We don't gate on revenue — we calibrate on commercial readiness.
What happens to my data?
Stored securely under UK GDPR. Used only to assess fit and match opportunities. Never sold, never used for marketing outside the platform. You can request deletion at any time via /contact.
Can I be a supplier and a buyer?
Yes. We call this Hybrid status. Many ecosystem members both supply services and buy them through the platform. Apply as a supplier first; we'll enable buyer access from the same account on approval.
What if I'm declined — can I re-apply?
Yes. We'll tell you specifically what would need to be true to revisit — typically a sharpened ICP, additional case studies, or a stage shift. Most declined applicants are encouraged to re-apply within 6-12 months.
