Publishing an offer
Open /my-supply/offers · click "New offer". Required fields · title, description, value (discount % or fixed £), audience (suppliers / buyers / both), expiry date, redemption code or process.
Visibility scope
- Suppliers-only · default · seen by other vetted ecosystem suppliers.
- Buyers · curated · ops reviews before surfacing publicly. Time to review · ~2 business days.

Redeeming a peer offer
Browse /friendly-offers · click an offer for full detail and redemption instructions. Most offers have a code or a contact link · contact the supplier directly. The platform doesn't broker; we just publish.
Etiquette
- Honour every offer · publishing one and then refusing to redeem damages trust.
- Don't auto-list your full pricing as a "discount" · ecosystem members spot it.
- Update or expire the listing if your capacity fills · stale offers attract complaints.
Offers reciprocate. Publishing one gets you ~3x the redemption rate on peer offers.
