The 21-Day BRIDGE Challenge is a structured 3-week sequence of prompts and operating-cadence resets ยท free, self-directed, and the highest-leverage thing a founder can do before bringing in external help. This guide explains how to enrol, what each week looks like, and how to convert the day-21 review into a concrete next move.
What the challenge actually is
Twenty-one daily emails. Each one takes 15-25 minutes ยท one short prompt + one short reflection. The cadence is the point ยท catching up over a weekend doesn't deliver the same result. The challenge is structured as three themed weeks:
- Week 1 ยท BREATH ยท pull the founder's head out of the day-to-day. Audit where attention is actually going.
- Week 2 ยท RHYTHM ยท install operating cadence. The weekly KPI rhythm, the morning routine, the focus-time block.
- Week 3 ยท INTENT ยท sharpen the next move. The 30-day intent statement, the 90-day plan, the one thing to stop doing.
Enrolling
- Open /21-day-challenge.
- Scroll to the enrolment form ยท short questions about your business stage, current situation, and what you hope to get out of the 21 days. Be honest ยท the prompts adjust slightly based on your answers.
- Submit. You receive a confirmation email immediately with Day 1 attached.
- From there, one email a day at 7am UK time for 21 consecutive days.
Working a daily prompt
Every daily email has the same structure:
- The frame ยท 1-2 paragraphs setting up the theme of the day.
- The prompt ยท 1-3 specific questions. Write your answers somewhere you'll find them again ยท a notebook, a doc, a specific email folder. Don't trust your memory.
- The reflection ยท 1 short paragraph framing how to think about it. Don't skip it ยท the reflection is what makes the prompt land.
Tip ยท 15 minutes at the start of your day works better than 30 minutes at the end. The challenge is intentionally low-effort daily ยท the compound is in the consistency.
The Day-21 review
Day 21 closes with a structured review ยท the most important step of the whole challenge. Block 60-90 minutes for it. Three questions to answer with the three weeks of notes in front of you:
- What's changed? ยท in the business, in your operating cadence, in your energy. Be specific ยท "I'm sleeping better" vs "I sleep 7.5 hours instead of 5.5".
- What would be easier to solve now? ยท the gap that was scary on Day 1 but feels different on Day 21. This is your real brief if you were going to bring in external help.
- Where do I still need help? ยท the gap that's still there. Be honest ยท this is the highest-leverage external investment.
The Day-21 review is your real brief if you're considering posting a brief on the platform. Use it ยท you'll write a sharper brief than 90% of first-time buyers.
What to do after the challenge
Three productive next moves:
- Run the GrowthLens diagnostic at /growthlens/diagnostic. The 21-Day Challenge gives you the clarity to answer the diagnostic honestly ยท the score that results is meaningfully more accurate.
- Post a focused brief at /account/briefs/new. Use your Day-21 review as the source material ยท your brief writes itself.
- Book a strategy call at /contact. Reference the challenge ยท the rep on the other end already knows the framework.
Repeat cadence ยท doing the challenge again
The challenge is designed to be repeatable. A second run, six months later, lands differently ยท the prompts surface different answers because the business has moved. You can re-enrol at any time.
Common pattern ยท founders run the challenge once at start, then again at 12-18 months when growth has plateaued. The second run usually surfaces a structural issue that wasn't visible the first time.
Troubleshooting
- Missed a day ยท do today's prompt today. Don't catch up on the missed one ยท the cadence beats the completeness. The skipped prompt will be more useful next time you run the challenge.
- Email not arriving ยท check spam, then quarantine if you're on corporate email. Contact ops if you're past day 3 with nothing.
- Want to pause ยท we don't have a self-serve pause button ยท the cadence is the value. If you genuinely can't continue, email ops to unsubscribe ยท re-enrol when you're ready.
- Want to share with my team ยท forward the daily emails. The challenge is designed for a single user but works fine as a team artefact.
The Day-21 review is the asset. Everything else is the setup that makes it valuable.
