Who is my mentor going to be?
We pair based on stage (early-stage vs scale-stage), category (B2B SaaS vs services vs deeptech) and your top 1-2 challenges. We share 2-3 mentor profiles and you choose. Most mentors are former founders or senior operators currently advising/investing.
What if I don't get on with my mentor?
Within the first 90 days you can request a swap, no questions. After that, we'd rather diagnose what's not working and address it · most relationships that struggle in month 4 turn out to be communication-style mismatches that 1 session can fix.
Is this just executive coaching with extras?
No · executive coaching is one layer (the mentorship). The other layers are concrete deliverables: speaking, content, intros, PR. The blend is the point · most CEOs need a coach AND a publicist AND a connector AND a strategic mirror, and getting them in one programme prevents the layers from contradicting each other.
