Whose name goes on the speaking slots and articles · mine or the company?
Your choice per piece. Most clients alternate: personal byline on thought-leadership articles, company byline on category-trend pieces, personal speaker name for panels and keynotes. We map this in the positioning workshop.
What if I'm camera-shy or new to speaking?
Two of the four slots default to panel format (lower-pressure, easier debut) · the other two can be keynote or moderation depending on your comfort. We also include speaker coaching (1-2-1 session before each slot) at no extra cost.
Can the press releases be commercial announcements (product launches etc.)?
Yes · though we recommend a 70/30 split (70% authority/thought-leadership, 30% commercial). Commercial-heavy press cycles burn trade-press relationships faster than they build authority.
How is success measured if authority is intangible?
We measure 6 things: speaking minutes delivered, articles published, press mentions, LinkedIn follower growth, inbound leads attributed to authority sources, and the AVE equivalent £-value. Reported quarterly + at year-end.
