Your Supplier Registration Agreement is signed online โ no printing, no scanning, no posting. This guide walks you through the supplier signing experience from the email link to the confirmation screen.
Receiving your signing link
You will receive an email from B2B Growth Hub with a subject line containing "Supplier Registration Agreement". The email includes a button or link โ click it to open the contract in your browser.
The link is personal and unique to your agreement. You can open it on any device โ desktop, tablet, or mobile. No login is required.
The link does not expire, but once you have signed, the contract page will show your confirmation screen instead of the document.
Reading the contract
The full Supplier Registration Agreement is displayed on screen. Scroll through all sections before signing. Key sections to check:
- Section 1 โ your company details (legal name, registered office, company number, VAT number).
- Section 5 โ the engine and tier you have selected.
- Section 9 โ fees, payment terms, and term length.
- Section 18 โ signatures section (this will be where you sign).
If anything is incorrect, do not sign. Contact your B2B Growth Hub partner immediately so the contract can be corrected and re-sent.
How to sign
Below the contract body you will find the signing form. Complete the following steps:
- Enter your full name โ as the authorised signatory for your company.
- Enter your job title.
- Confirm your email address.
- Tick the consent checkbox โ this confirms you have read the agreement and are authorised to sign on behalf of your company.
- Draw your signature in the signature pad using your mouse, trackpad, or finger (on touch screens).
- Click Submit signature.
If you make a mistake on your signature, click Clear and draw it again before submitting.
What you see after signing
Once you submit your signature, the contract document is replaced by a confirmation screen showing:
- A green tick and "Thank you, [your first name]."
- The date and time your signature was captured.
- The company name you signed on behalf of.
- A status message: "We'll counter-sign and confirm by email within one working day."
If you return to the link later, you will see this same confirmation screen โ the full contract document is hidden once you have signed, to avoid confusion about whether signing is still required.
What happens next
- Your B2B Growth Hub partner is notified that you have signed.
- They will counter-sign the agreement within one working day.
- Once counter-signed, you will receive an email with the fully executed PDF attached โ this is your copy of the legally binding agreement. Keep it for your records.
- Onboarding begins from the date of counter-signature.
Need a change?
If you notice an error in the contract before signing, do not sign. Contact your assigned B2B Growth Hub partner or email legals@b2bgrowthhub.com and explain the correction needed. The contract will be updated and a new link sent.
If you have already signed and notice an error, contact your partner immediately. Changes after signing require both parties to agree to a reset โ your partner will guide you through this.
