The math behind the 21-Day Challenge

How much can you actually earn? Move the sliders and see.

Every reward on this page comes directly from the standard 21-Day Challenge Terms and Conditions (Appendices A, B and C). What you see here is what would land in your contract. Real numbers, no fluff.

Where these numbers come from

Every figure is written into your “agreed 21-Day Challenge Terms and Conditions”.

When you're accepted onto a cohort you'll sign the 21-Day Challenge Terms and Conditions. The three appendices set out every reward on this page word-for-word:

  • Appendix AThree phase rewards (Momentum, Conversion, Revenue · £1,000 each on the 50% pro-rata scale) plus a 10% cohort commission on every paid deal.
  • Appendix BIndividual Performance Bonus · tiered ongoing commission from 10% up to 25% on incremental revenue above your monthly target.
  • Appendix CTeam Performance Bonus · progressive team-wide pool from 2% up to 15% once the team hits its monthly threshold (shared per the Company's Team Bonus Distribution Policy).

The calculator above uses the standard values in Appendices A and B. Team-pool figures (Appendix C) aren't included in the yearly total because the individual share depends on the size and mix of your cohort's sales team.

One honest thing

None of these numbers are guaranteed.

The figures on this page are what the contract allows a strong performer to earn. Actual earnings depend on effort, skill, consistency, market conditions and conversion rate. Some Partners earn substantially more than the scenarios above. Some earn less. Some earn nothing in the first month. We'd rather you go in with that clear picture. Every commission and reward is paid only on amounts actually received by the Company, per clause 3.3 and the appendices of the Terms and Conditions.
